Saiham Knit Composite Limited is a vertically integrated textile and garment manufacturing company in Bangladesh, committed to producing premium quality knitwear for global markets. Project Objectives:
- Vertical Integration for Efficiency: To streamline the entire production process by integrating spinning, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and garmenting within a single facility, reducing dependency on external sources and improving cost control, quality consistency, and lead times.
- State-of-the-Art Machinery: To equip the facility with advanced and energy-efficient machinery for every stage of production—yarn dyeing machines, circular knitting machines, soft flow dyeing units, finishing lines, and automated garment production systems—to ensure superior product quality.
- High-Quality Product Range: To produce a diverse portfolio of knitwear products including t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, leggings, and babywear, catering to international fashion retailers, brands, and private labels.
- Sustainability and Compliance: To implement environmentally responsible practices such as water-saving dyeing technologies, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), solar power integration, and compliance with global standards including OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, and BSCI.
